360 CAPITAL PROPERTY GROUP LIMITED (360 capital) IS A PROPERTY INVESTMENT AND FUNDS MANAGEMENT GROUP THAT CONCENTRATES ON THE STRATEGIC INVESTMENT AND ACTIVE INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY AND PROPERTY RELATED ASSETS.
The company was formed in 2006 by Tony Pitt and has been actively investing in direct property assets, property securities and various corporate real estate acquisitions within Australian real estate markets on a private equity basis.
As at 31 December 2011, 360 Capital managed 11 investment vehicles holding assets valued at more than $820 million on behalf of over 9,000 investors. The total portfolio comprised four shopping centres, seven office buildings and 22 warehouses/factories across Australia.
360 Capital comprises an unlisted public company (360 Capital Property Limited (ACN 146 484 433) stapled to a managed investment trust (360 Capital Investment Trust).
360 Capital has two Australian Financial Services Licences issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and is fully licensed to manage property managed investment schemes.
360 Capital is a specialised property funds management and investment company comprising 15 full time staff located in Sydney.
On 16 December 2010, 360 Capital Property Group Limited settled on the acquisition of Becton Investment Management Limited.
