In accordance with the Offer Document, a review was required at the Trust’s tenth anniversary in June 2011. Garnaut Private Wealth, a Melbourne based financial planning firm, have a number of clients invested in the Trust and sought to to transfer the Trustee company from 360 Capital to interests associated with its Group. Unitholders were asked to change the management of the Trust to interests associated with Garnaut Private Wealth and on 3 June 2011 the transfer was affected.
