As reported previously, the wind-up of the Trust and payment of the final capital distribution was subject to the completion of the FY2011 property outgoings audit. The audit was completed and final adjustments to the outgoings were agreed with the purchaser of the property. The Trust then proceeded with the payment of the final capital distribution and subsequent wind-up. Unitholders received the final capital distribution in October 2011.
