360 Capital REIT partnership announcement

360 Capital REIT is pleased to announce it has entered into a 50% equity partnership with PMG Funds Management, a diversified New Zealand based commercial real estate funds management business with over NZ$650m of funds under management across five unlisted funds.

The joint venture provides 360 Capital REIT an investment in a growing funds management platform with a 29 year track record and diversification through exposure to the New Zealand commercial real estate market with the opportunity to underwrite and participate in future acquisitions.

360 Capital and PMG share an aligned vision for growth in this sector and will combine their expertise, strong governance and strategies in order to deliver sustainable returns to its investors.
