Noheli joined 360 Capital in May 2019 and is responsible for maintaining effective control procedures and liaison with regulatory bodies to ensure the Group's companies and funds comply with statutory requirements, listing rules and internal policies. Noheli also plays an important role in supporting Board and its Committees in their functions.
About Noheli
Prior to joining 360 Capital, Noheli held institutional relations roles in the credit risk reporting and non-profit sectors.
Noheli has a Certificate in Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia and is an affiliated member of this institution. She has also completed a Risk Management & Corporate Governance Course from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma from UTS Law and a Bachelor of International Relations.
