URB Scheme of Arrangement completed 20 December 2019

TOT announced that the Scheme of Arrangement acquiring all ordinary shares in URB Investments Limited (ASX: URB) was sucessfully implemented on 20 December 2019. Accordingly, TOT has acquired 100% of the issued capital in URB.

In accordance with the Scheme, 0.9833 new TOT securities per URB share have been issued to eligible URB shareholders. Shares of URB have been removed from the official list of the ASX and the Fund has been delisted.
